Intellectual property
The whole of the Site is subject to French and international legislation in regard to copyright and intellectual property.
The Site and each of the component parts thereof, in particular texts, images whether animated or not, drawings, articles, newsletters, press releases, presentations, brochures, illustrations, photographs, computer programs etc., are the exclusive intellectual property of Tergal Industries with the exception of trade marks of third parties which may be quoted (and identified by means of the ® sign).

However, information specific to this Site may be used by third parties under the following conditions: any information disseminated on the Site by Tergal Industries, with the exception of illustrations, photographs, videos, public notices, banners, logos and trade marks, may be reproduced, represented or repeated by third parties by simply notifying the webmaster in advance, provided that the source is quoted.

Tergal Industries reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without having to justify its decision, to prohibit the third parties concerned from using information as defined above. In this case, it shall inform the person concerned who then has 8 working days to cease his activities.
Import of banners and logos: Banners and logos belonging to Tergal Industries, even in line with its initiative, may not be imported by third parties on an Internet site or any other type of support, without its express authorisation, which authorisation may be given as part of a partnership with other bodies, specifically designated, and under conditions specified by Tergal Industries.

Administration of access codes and passwords
Some interactive services available on the Site may require an access code and a password which are supplied by the administrator of these services.
The access codes and passwords are confidential, personal and non-transferable. The User is responsible for administering and retaining his access codes and passwords.
It is consequently the responsibility of the User to apply all precautionary measures necessary for their protection and safe-keeping. The User is responsible for the consequences of their use.

The User undertakes to inform Tergal Industries of any fraudulent use of access codes and passwords of which he is aware.
For reasons of security, access to secure pages will be automatically blocked after several erroneous attempts at access. Tergal Industries reserves the right to suspend access to the Site in the event of fraudulent use or attempts at fraudulent use by a User of the password or access code.
In the event of suspended access, Tergal Industries will inform the User.
A change of password is advised on initial connection for reasons of confidentiality and remains possible at any time thereafter. However, users are advised to change their password regularly.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
In the event of any dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is awarded to the courts of Paris.
Applicable law is French law.
